1. Invitation  for  Admission. 

 The   institute  invites  application  form  eligible  candidates  for admission  to the Yoga volunteer  (YV) Courses 

  Level -1 Yoga  protocol instructor (YPI) Level-2 Yoga Wellness instructor  (YWI) and level -3  Yoga Teacher & Evaluator (YT& E)  course.

1. Sale  of Admission  Brochure.

*  The  price  of the  admission  Brochure along  with   Application  form Rs-200 (Rupees  Two  hundred only)

* The  cost  of admission  brochure is non -refundable, no other  fee  is required  to be  submitted  along  with the  Application  form.

*The  admission  Brochure  along with application  form  will  be  sale  working  days during  office  hours ( 9.00AM to 12.30PM) at  Satyananda yoga and Ayurveda Research Institute Motihari, East Champaran. 

III.  Submission  of Application  Form. 

   The  application form  complete in all  respects should  be  submitted by hand  at  Satyananda Yoga and Ayurveda Research  Institute, Motihari reception counter  in the  sealed  envelope  or it through  registered /speed  post  to the  Director,  Satyananda yoga and Ayurveda Research Institute Motihari, East Champaran, Bihar. 

1. Selection  procedure. 

 The  selection  well  be on the  basis  of merit  through  written  test  which  will be conducted  by the  institute.  Written  test  will  constitute general  Knowledge  and  basic  Knowledge of Yoga.  The  results  will  be  displayed on the  notice  board  of this  institute  and  also on the  Institute  website  only.

1. Counseling 

  All the  admission  will be made through  counseling  to be  conducted by the institute. 

1. Procedure  for  admission  through counseling. 

 First the  selected  candidate will be called in order of merit and  shall  have  to produce the  required original documents  for  verification. 

VII.  Medical  Examination 

There  will be  medical  examination  of candidate  before  issuing  a admission  slip, Medical  examination will be considered at  institute  it  self. 

VIII.  Admission  slip 

 Admission office  will  give  a duly  signed  admission  slip after  deposit  of the  full course  fee by the  candidate.   EXAMINATION

The Examination for certification  of Level -1, level -2, Level -3 of yoga professionals shall be two stage Theory and  practical. The maximum marks for the level -1, level -2,  level -3 of assessment will  be 200 marks each.

  Theory  Exam.

The theory  examination  paper will be  carry 60 question each of 1(one) mark.Maximum  marks will be 60 and duration of theory exam will be 2 hours for level -1 and Level -2, For level -3 Exam paper  will be carry 80 questions each of 1(one) marks. Maximum marks  will be 60 and duration of theory exam will be 2 hours for level -3.  The candidates shall mark the answer in optical  mark Reader (OMR) sheet. There will be no negative mark in theory examination

Practical Exam

Practical exam shall include demonstration, teaching skill,Evaluation skill, application of knowledge and field experience as per the level of certification.

The practical exam of level -1 and Level -2  will be of Demonstration-8 marks,Teaching skill- 40  marks,Application of Knowledge 10 marks,field exp -10 ,Total marks 140. The 

level -3  will be  of  Demonstration- 60 marks,  Teaching skill -20 marks, Evaluation skill-20,application of knowledge-10 marks, field exp- 10 marks, Totol 120 marks. The practical exam each candidate shall be assessed for not more then one hour.

Candidate  found of absence either in theory exam or practical exam will be considered as fail. However, if any candidate who take theory exam but remain is absent in practical exam ,his/ her request for  reconsideration for appearing in practical exam on some other date may be considered by the  assessed  agency in exceptional cases on merit basis.

The candidate has to secure qualifying  marks both in theory and practical independently.

A-  If a candidate secures qualifying marks in practical but fail in theory he/ she  can reappear for theory  exam only once within 3 month of declaration of result. The candidate shall have to  deposit prescribed fee for appearing in the theory exam.

B- If  the candidate secures qualifying  marks in theory but fail in practical, he/ she is treated as fail and he/ she  shall have  to appear for the exam as a fresh candidate. In such  condition,the assessment  fee shall have  to be paid  by the candidate. However His/her unique enrolment no,

 shall be valid.

Required of the student to complete the course.

* The candidate has to secure minimum 80% attendance in theory and Practical.

* The field work/ project Work/ is compulsory.

* Institution certificate  will be  issued after full payment of course fee.

 * Those candidates who are irregular and their attendance is below 80% will not be issue institution certificate.
